Truckee, California USA (nestled in the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains and nearby shores of North Lake Tahoe)
What inspires you?
People who push through their limitations and inspire others with encouragement and a generous heart.
Favourite movie?
The Princess Bride – Because it was an adventure to have it read at the end of every English Grammar class in my Sophomore year and the movie captured the heart and soul of the story.
Favourite album cover?
Supertramp was a fun 80’s band for me and I liked the cheeky depiction of iconic US imagery on the cover.
Favourite holiday destination?
Lord Howe Island – best snorkelling ever, beautiful hikes, great food, only bike transport and off the grid!

What are you most passionate about outside work?
Besides my family, I am most passionate about the work I do with Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp which is a summer camp for 10-17 year olds in the Sierra Nevada mountains near where I grew up. The camp supports and nurtures children who are passionate about exploring their artistic abilities and in doing so, creates a community of encouragement, acceptance and stepping outside of comfort zones.
